You can start accepting Dali Dali payments with no integration at all.

First Steps

  1. Read and sign the Cooperation Agreement provided by our Partnership Executive
  2. Choose a single Contact Person in your business that will be responsible for working with Dali Dali
  3. Provide the name, phone number and work e-mail of the Contact Person to our Partnership Executive
  4. Our dedicated Support Specialist will send your Contact Person a personalised 2 week Start Plan. The plan will include:
    1. Contact Person providing us with addresses of all your offline/physical shops
    2. Dali Dali using the addresses to deliver all necessary Dali Dali visual, print assets + simple employee instructions with a courier to your offline/physical shops
    3. Your team placing our visual, print assets in your offline/physical shops
    4. Dali Dali providing your team with a small code snippet to copy in your online shop code
    5. Your technical team copying our code snippet in your online shop code
  5. Any questions at any point - ask our Support Specialist
  6. Once these 5 simple Start Plan steps are done, we are ready to go Live in all your shops!

Dali Dali will work hard to regularly promote your shop and your products in our marketing channels.

We recommend adjusting your Google Analytics to measure traffic incoming from Dali Dali mobile app, website and social media accounts to your online shop.

Merchant portal

After signing the Cooperation Agreement, your contact person will receive login credentials for your Merchant Portal account.

Main things that you can achieve in our Merchant portal:

  • Dashboard - see summary statistics about purchases made in all of your online and offline shops
  • Transactions - detailed log of all purchases and refunds made in your shops. It is possible to filter and download transactions
  • Content - ability to upload products, deals and visuals that you want highlighted in Dali Dali distribution channels
  • Invoices - view and download invoices received from Dali Dali
  • Account - view and manage your account details

Online shop visual assets

As part of our cooperation agreement, you will have to place our online visual assets in all of your online shops.

Choose the appropriate logos to inform your customers that you accept Dali Dali payment method.

As part of our cooperation agreement, you will have to place our info print materials in all of your offline shops.

Why place info materials in your shop?

  • Your customers are aware that it is possible to buy now, pay later in your shop, driving more and higher value purchases
  • Your customers will know that they can look for your special offers in Dali Dali app, driving more future purchases

Types of info, in-store materials

  • Cardboard cubes (to be placed at checkout and around the shop)
  • Cardboard tags (to be attached to products that you want to highlight)
  • Entrance door stickers (to be placed on your entrance door)

Delivery, placement of materials

We will require you to provide an up-to-date list of your offline shops. The materials will be delivered to all your shops with a courier service. After receiving, your shop employees will have to place these assets in your shops.

The guidelines for correctly placing the assets will be sent together with the print materials.
